Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Client cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance . If less than 48 hours notice is provided a late cancellation fee of £50 GBP will be levied. Re-schedule requests will be honoured wherever possible. However ORD Therapy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 GBP if re-scheduled more than once.
